At Hydrox Detail, we are committed to offering you the best possible experience with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
1. 60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it;

Be unopened and unused, with all original labels and packaging;

Include the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is sufficient).
⚠️ Important: Consumable products (e.g., clay bars, sprays, opened kits) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the contents have been used.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Send an email to support@hydroxdetail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Returns must be shipped to the return address that will be provided to you (our logistics center).

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label (if applicable) and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) may be refused and not processed.
Unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive:

a product with damaged packaging, or

an incorrect item,
contact us immediately at support@hydroxdetail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution).
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable or consumable goods once opened (e.g., certain detailing products, opened sprays, used clay, opened kits);

Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable);

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (where applicable regulations restrict returns);

Items marked as final sale, clearance items, and gift cards.
If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:

Return the original item by following the standard return procedure;

Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
We do not automatically ship exchange items without a new order.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected;

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
